Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search box, the query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Stanly County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its receipt and handling of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you send an email or use an available contact method, we retain the message and the details you supplied as needed to read it and respond. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or an obligation that applies to us.
